"Mark as read" on the forum index position?

This one may be nitpicking, but the 
(mark as read) is currently at the bottom of the page on the forum index, unlike all the other "mark as read" buttons within the specific forum sections. This seems anti-intuitive, plus it induces more scrolling. Think of the CTS you're causing! Anyways, thanks for hearing us out per normal. I did a search on this suggestion but couldn't find anything. Cheers.
