"Wepal is a free Internet filter. It blocks access to unwanted or objectionable Internet content. Wepal was developed for the benefit of children, families and organizations who do not have the funds to purchase Internet filtering software.
The site is still under construction. We are hoping that a joomla SEO guru might give us some pointer on how best to make our site as seo friendly as possible so that when we release we can be visible in search engines.
