I have posted 18 times. this one is 19th. Still My status is new member how i can be a full member of joomal

Hi mehreen,

By registering an account you became a full member, being able to ask and answer questions on these forums

The New will change to Junior, Senior etc. in time.

* Mostly New Members would post a thread in the wrong forum category ~ this is not a Component related question, is it?

The title is indeed related to the number of posts here on the forum, it doesn't have any other benefits other than that.

It's like ot2sen is saying. You are already a full member of the Joomla! family :)
