Source Forge Question

I just tripped over Joomla on a search and landed in the Forge. I can't really say what cam out of my mouth but was kinda like HOLY WOOW BATMAN! 
So I'm on the hook. This is the cleanest CMS I have seen and most of the functionality appears to be there. I'll leave those questions to another thread if they are not answered by the documentation.
So, the real question is I'm interested in the Forge. Where do I get it? Whats the cost? I never much liked the look of forges but this looks and feels great.
