i registered and waited for roughly 2 days, and in between that time i did several resending the mail part.. but i never got any email form joomla.org's forum..


i had to ask a friend of mine to set this profile and  that worked..


so just given u an heads up and hope u can make a thread for the People that have the same problem, with a solve of the problem.. if there is 1.

does joomla send emails to hotmail adresses??

Thanks for the heads up, did you also check any spam folders for the registration email? There should not be a problem with hotmail addresses. I'll send a note to the forum admins to make sure.

i did check junk first as it isn't a regged address for my mail yet, offcourse

but it wasn't there, still isn't.

and i tried to re-change the email to my hotmail address and i had to activate it again, and had same problem all over again.

Mod note; moving to S&I forum
