Be Bold - a book to support a non-profit publication

Hey people, we've just launched a small community site to support a new publication by Echoing Green - a NYC based non-profit involved in social entrepreneurialism.
Please check it out and let me know what you think!
Website URL:
http://www.bebold.org
Joomla! version:
1.0.x
Template:
Bespoke
Additional Extensions (Components, Modules, Plug ins):
- Community Builder,
- JCE
- UDDEim
- JoomlaBoard
Custom Development:
- (community function integration & styling)
- customised 'email this page' modules - removed from in-content links
- custom quiz extension..
Other Features:
Its a pretty basic site in combining some cool community functionality to simple content. The site isn't expected to grow in published text as it was created to introduce and develop a readership around a new book called Be Bold. However, we really think Community Builder's been a great implementation to develop that readership into an online community.
Three (at least) specific areas of my site that I'd like feedback on (design, code, graphics, etc.):
- what do you think of the color scheme?
- How do you like the specialised copy regarding 'bold faces' as opposed to 'member's profiles'?
- Is there anything functionally you think is missing from the site?
Additional Comments:
Thanks for your feedback guys and gals, its much appreciated!
