1. why does the "extensions categories" menu only become visible after you click a link, not on index page?

2. how is the comment ordering handled?
On Eventing component for example, dates are 28, 28, 29, 27th november!?

1. Think Lee removed menu from frontpage when we last updated and had the full tree shown at main. It make sense to only have navigation shown once.

2. Reviews now are ordered also by popularity ~ higher visibility to reviews that users have found helpful.
