NOT Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!

Hi there, I'm not sure if this post should be in this forum, so i want to apologies if it doesn't.

First of all:  Joomla is a GREAT JOB! i love it, I'm just starting to use it.  :)

Now the subject:

Just 4 kidding i went to http://validator.w3.org, to check out my new joomla powered site, and i found that in fact it doesn't have "Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!", looking the reason for this i saw that the ampersands on the URLs has problems:

it is written like this

And should be this

This is the short explanation in the validator page:

"... Entity references start with an ampersand ( & ) and end with a semicolon ( ; ). If you want to use a literal ampersand in your document you must encode it as "&" (even inside URLs!). Be careful to end entity references with a semicolon or your entity reference may get interpreted in connection with the following text. Also keep in mind that named entity references are case-sensitive; &Aelig; and æ are different characters..."

I suppose that it can be fixed, but i don't know where to send this info. (or how to fix it  :-\ )

PS. I'm sorry for my english, it's not my first language, i speak spanish  :P

http://help.joomla.org/content/view/805/125/

While we are committed to accessibility, we are aware, and regret, that our website does not comply with many WCAG/508 requirements, nor does it currently validate with XHTML 1.0 Transitional.  The site is Joomla! based, and as such, will be compliant when Joomla! meets requirements.

This is an easy to fix thing, when you know where to look. Unfortunately, I don't know where to look from what you've told us (maybe someone else knows?!?).

Can you give us a link to your page?

By the way, your English is much better than most Spanish speaking people I know, no insult meant to Spanish people, I love Spanish people!
