We are looking for a java/flash developer (see 3) and interested joomla developers/users to work with our Foundation.

Our Foundation (Vodes.Net) is promoting:

1) Open Source software (we are organising a course in OpenOffice and make video tutorials),
2) talented musicians who release their works under a Creative Commons License on jamendo.com,
3) raising awareness on the protection of the environment.

At this point, our main focus is on international exchange students.

as for 1)
Open Office Course on "Writing a Thesis usgin OpenOffice" (the videowas taken at Stockholm University)
Open Office Video Tutorials

As for 2)
Promotion of CC artists via tournament videos

As for 3)

We are working with Greenpeace on the production of a game which shows people/kids how to correctly recycle. Day-to-day items pop  up and the player needs to hit the correct trash can. Now with Java going open source, we prefer a Java over a flash game. Tender Details.

There is 200 Euro available for the maker of the game. If more than one developer is interested, the main criteria to award this (and future) jobs is support of the developer of open movements measured in postings on fora like joomla.org or openoffice.org.

If someone is interested, please do not hesitiate to drop us a line at coreteam AT vodes dot net.
