No download buttons on individual extensions??

I cannot seem to find any download buttons this morning. I see the review and recommend buttons, but nothing else. Any ideas??

The buttons are appearing fine for me. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Have no problem viewing the download icon either.
Some other users have had a similar issue of
missing download iconIt turned out to be related to local firewall settings.
