Forum Plugin Request

Could we get the following plug in installed on the forum.

It's a bookmarking plug in - I come across a number of threads I'd like to either watch, or follow-up on at a later time. This would also assist the DEVs allowing them to book mark specific threads with stuff they are working on at any given time, and threads with patches/fixes included for easy reference.
