I'm not sure (nor am i bothered) which is gramaticaly correct but it hurts my eyes to see it being spelt 3 different ways on the same page. The same is true for the word official.

It is surely not t-shirt. Where did you see it spelled like this?

Webster says...

Time to standardize!

Depends upon where you use it. By itself it could be T-Shirt or t-Shirt - really the t is not a word, per say. In a sentence it would use all lower case. Maybe around the world there are many other ways of punctuation and ways ever without the hyphen. Your thoughts are welcome...

Technically speaking, it's tee shirt.
