Looking for volunteer job board plugin

Our Charitable Arts foundation is looking for a plugin, component or module that will serve as a volunteer job board.
Im posting here to see if anyone know of something lurking around, I have been searching the extensions and have not found anything yet.
I am also hoping to generate a discussion about this type of functionality. If I cant find one, I may attempt to adapt CMS Realty to do the job as it is quite adaptable.
What we are looking for is a listings plugin that can designate jobs under several categories (home and neigbourhood features in cms Realty can easily be edited for this) the idea being that someone can search for volunteer oportunities based on thier talents.
The search would go something like this:
I am a marketing professional with the following talents... check check check show me the volunteer oportunities that fit me best...
results returned, Volunteer selects one and "contacts the foundation in regards to volunteer oportunities listing #123.
