Forge down?

Hello,
I am unable to load the forge.joomla.org website. I have read a few of the posts about slowness and syncronising etc and am a bit lost because they are all over a few days old and its my first time here in the forums.
If it is down for what ever reason, noone would happen to know where i could get my hands on a copy of joomlalib? been searching on google and in the joomla forums for atleast 20 minutes with no success
