Sandbox

i'm sure i am just doing something wrong (or J!Forge doesn't like me).  i registered a project a month ago and was going to upload a package.  Unfortunately, when i log in, i can't access the Project Admin section.  It says authorisation denied, please log in.
The funny thing is that when i do log in and get redirected to my dashboard, it lists me as being the Project Admin.  Any clues?
