my icon set project rejected

i dont know why my first project joomlaboard icon set rejected by joomlacode .org i dont know why they say  It "no-code project" there is a xml file that i typed and css file and php script that i did , this is an bad example of encouragement for someone like me  . how would joomla board use that icon set without codes

thought i made a nice icon set and did my php scripts and all

As was mentioned in the project rejection notification JoomlaCode.org is for Joomla! "Code" based project, unfortunately icon sets do not fall under this category.

Please do not continue to re-submit your project, it does not meet the required criteria for inclusion in JoomlaCode.org.

then how does other icon set fall under their catogory and mine dosent

The only project I can find with icons involved with it is "Battlefield 2 Stats" and this is actually a component and module project, not simply a set of icons.

If you know of any other please post it here and it will be investigated by the JoomlaCode team.
