Artio JoomSEF Duplicate Content THIS FORUM IS NOT FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT EXTENSIONS

Hi!
I'm a happy Joomla member and also a fan of the great component Artio JoomSEF. However there is a HUGE issue with JoomSEF - It generates duplicate URL's, and that is not good for SEO at all. I'm not sure if this IS a JoomSEF issue or a Joomla issue, so I'll explain it more in detail.
An example:
If I publish a new item in the section "computer security" and makes it available from the frontpage there will be two different URL's in the format content-item.html on the frontpage and content-item-2.html in the section leading to the exact same article.
In Artio's support forum there are several posts people with the exact same problem, but there is no working solution.
All functionallity from JoomSEF works as intended in my paid v 1.5 (newest) version, but I cannot accept duplicate URL's/content because of the penalties that might follow from the search engines because of this.
I kindly ask anyone who has the solution for this problem to share it.
Kind regards
Trond
