404 Not Found error

Hey Guys and Gals

My mom runs an orphanage here in South Africa and she has asked me to help her by setting up a website for her. One of my designer friends offered to install joomla for me as he is willing to host the site for us. He did the installation as you can see at http://musawenkosi.org.za/

I managed to add new content and linked it to the main menu but when you click on it, it comes up with this error:

Not Found
The requested URL /content/view/15/29/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at http://www.musawenkosi.org.za Port 80

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It looks like SEF urls have been enabld in global configuration without renaming the file htaccess.txt to .htaccess

Wither rename the file or disable SEF urls
