Unhandled PropelException -Registration problems

Recieved the e-mail from joomla w/ URl to complete main registration - clicked on it and I keep getting this
Unhandled PropelException
What to do?
Went to download jooomla and got this:
Unhandled PropelException
Was able to register for the forum. Can't do anything else.
