Quick question to get some ideas flowing.

We have in-house credit card processing through our local bank.  We don't want to get an online merchant account.

What would be the best way to use this?

What I was thinking was have a form that is secured and have the data emailed to the accountant for processing.  After they process it they then send out a thank you.

Any what other solutions are there?
