SVN Migration

Post by Geraint » Tue May 08, 2007 7:43 am

Tonie et al

I know you've had a huge amount of work to get the migration done but I was wondering if you have any idea when SVN will be migrated?  With Joomla1.5beta2 hot off the presses there is a lot of pent up demand to restart the development of 3rd party components.

Geraint

p.s. I tried to leave a response to your developer blog (http://dev.joomla.org/component/option, ... ,33/p,318/) but kept getting a white screen and the comment was never accepted.

Hi Geraint,

I'll look into this asap. Tonie is in the US so will need to ping him when he is online again about this. He ought to know the latest status on the SVN migration. As far as I know we were waiting for the backup from VA.

Hi,

I don't meant to hassle you guys, but a definitive answer on this would be great. I know I've been holding off on doing any work on my projects until the old SVN data is in. If that's not going to happen, I'd prefer to know that so I can keep going from a fresh repository!

Thanks!

Hi ben-work,

I'll ask around (again, sorry), and see if we can come with a schedule for this so you know what to expect. Thanks for the patience so far.
