Permission Denied when accessing Icelandic translation

Having logged in, when I try to access the Icelandic translation extension, I get an Permission Denied error:

http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/icelandic_tra1/

When searching for the extension at extensions.joomla.org, clicking to download it gives a 404 file not found error.

Two weeks ago I was able to download this - where can I find it now?

Unfortunately, when we migrated from the old Forge to JoomlaCode, not all developers/admins responded to our inquiries. For this reason, the person who migrated the project from the old Forge to JoomlaCode is currently the "admin" for that project. Until we get a hold of the correct admin, that project will not be accessible to the public (since they are the ones that need to make it active). Since this is a translation, I will discuss it with other JoomlaCode Team members about what to do.

It happens I have the Icelandic language pack here.
Please find it below attached.

It needs updating as it dates back from September 2005.
We have no News from his author since.

This language pack works fine for me so far.  The email address credited for this pack is different from the one displayed in the extensions directory, so these are probably different translations.  I emailed to the address listed in the directory a few days ago but haven't heard back yet.

If I'll update this into something generally useful, then I'll submit it
