What component does Joomla use for displaying the downloads available in the extensions, where you can rate and write reviews of the extensions?

Best of Joomla uses it as well:

thanks

Hi kvdman,

A custom version of the commercial extension 'Mosets Tree' is used for Joomla! Extensions Directory:
http://extensions.joomla.org/component/ ... Itemid,35/

I bought mtree because I love the download section at http://extensions.joomla.org/ and I want to make software repository exactly like that. But after I installed mtree I noticed that it is a kind of link directory.

Now, here is the 1 000.000. buck question:
What mtree modules I need to install and what do I need to modify in order to have a website like http://extensions.joomla.org/ ?
