JPACK restore directions (resolved)

I am in a position where I need to restore a Joomla Jpack back up.
Unfortunately Jpack has security issues and it appears the site is not in operation. Also the JPACK section, which had directions has been removed from the Extension area joomla.org
Question, can anyone point me to a link or supply me with complete instructions to give to a tech to do the restore. (I am shifting the site to another host who is OK with having REGISTER GLOBALS OFF)
