I can't connect to
http://joomlacode.org at all... Is it down? Or do I have some network issue?

Hi,
Looks like it is down indeed, I've forwarded the message to one of the admin's in controle of the hardware. Hopefully it's up and running soon again.

Yes - been up for some minutes (thanks for that) but it looks like it's down again now... port 80 is dropping packets instead of responding.
