Thanks, but why remove the component just ban the user account, removing extensions raises a lot of questions.

It's standard that ANY developer who is found to be abusing the voting system to be banned for a minimum of one month.

boo...
That may be the case, but it doesn't SOUND like sk0re abused the voting, at least, certainly NOT intentionally.
I feel the removal of the AEC component from the JED listing is a DISSERVICE to Joomla Users searching for a solution, and CERTAINLY an insult to all of the HARD WORK and DEDICATION put in by Helder, sk0re, and others, who are trying to solve a problem by creating THE definitively GREAT subscription component for Joomla.
The actions seem arbitrary, and excessively punitive, in my opinion.
I am a member of globalnerd.org, and continue to support the AEC development efforts of sk0re and others.
please restore this badly needed component to the JED listing ASAP.
dagnome <--- who uses this component on EVERY subscription website I admin...

I must add though, that I indeed abused the voting intentionally. Although with a different intention that what the punishment is regularly for
And to state this again - this was their choice and I respect them for standing true to their principles. But I can admit that I too find them a tad excessive

Ah, well... this I did not realize...
however. penalizing the entire community by de-listing is still excessive... IMHO
