Need help for member's area (SOLVED)

Hi. Our Non profit needs a few things.
1. Member profile page for each registered user. Need to include contact info name of business and link to external website.
I know community builder has been reffered, but GOSH I'm so lost. I can't install either. It takes hours to try and upload/install and then,still nothing!
2. I need simple photo gallery. I MEAN SIMPLE! I suck at this stuff and there are no funds to pay someone who is more knowledgeable. I want people to see it on my homepage. I installed "easy gallery" from joomla.org but am getting nowhere.
Can I just get a Joomla coach?
