searching for new volunteers to help me develop my Asian community...

Hi all,
I already presented my website in site showcase.
This website aims at spreading asian culture in a nice asian community.
I would like to find new people to help me develop the website. Maybe some people who did not have time to actually create their own website alone but are dying to participate in the team of a good website.
Basically I search for people to animate the forum, to write articles, possibly also a webdesigner or joomla developper would be very welcome.
Also do you have ideas as to where to find more volunteers?
