or just some. because it seems like there is a joomla day everywere

In general it is possible that in every country a Joomla!Day will be organized. As those events are based on the effort of the local communities it depends on their will and effort.

We have already many countries covered and yes the goal would be a Joomla!Day in all countries of the world. At the moment the list of countries we have not covered is pretty long still.
