Outdated Reviews for the AEC - please delete those!

We have a couple of reviews sitting in our directory entry for the AccountExpirationControl Component.

The ones that concern me are:
Not Flexible At All. Need Improvement.
We have worked a real lot on customization and there are at least 7 different ways of structuring a registration/subscription process by now. Thus, I think this review is outdated.

Lots of Trouble With Registration
I have already tried to contact this user twice. It is very obvious that he never even tried to contact us and the things he is flagging is clearly (to me) a setup error. Its a shame that I did not reach him by email since I would like to help him out. However, the review is not accurate and should be removed.

Tough...
Again such a case - tried to contact him twice but never heard back from him. I am known to help out every user, even the ones who have no paid subscription on globalnerd. Apart from that, our more recent versions include a Quickstart Manual that helps users along with their setup. Thus I think this is outdated.

Would be great if you guys could look into this.

Hi skOre,

It would be great if you would use the 'Report this review' feature.
That would help us in helping you  ;)

I was really meaning to do that, although I thought that reporting a listing would be more for reporting offensive material by everybody.

However, I've now also reported the reviews I noted above ;)

Thanks. By doing it from within the system we get the direct connection between extension/review/reviewer/reporter and can therefore deal with these review reports easily.

Marking thread 'Solved'
