I clik on the Online help and see blank window :(.

It never has worked in Opera (any version)

I haven't used Opera in quite some time. Have you folks checked to see if javascript was enabled for this website? Certain browser add-ons like NoScript for Firefox will block javascript from opening popup windows. Just a thought?
