Thanks for your hard work on this site.

I have tried to register twice, with two different usernames and email addresses. But in each case when I put in the confirmation email link and try to login, the error is "Could not get user."

I tried retrieving lost password but I get "user does not exist."

When I try to re-register the same username, I get that the user already exists.

It seems I can't register on the site and therefore can't download any extensions.

Please check username Pam1234 and see if you can assist. I also tried to register Pam12345 when that one didn't work but you can delete it if you like. Thanks.

Hi,

Make sure you login only with a username which exists of small letters only, no capitals. Also, if the verification link contains a &, replace with &. See if that works.
