nbill help not responding

this is a fowarded copy of a message I send nbill and they have not responded back yet, i need someone who has set up and configured nbill before to help me see what steps I may have missed.  thanks ???

click the lowercase L on the upper right and then login with this for the username user1  and this for the password user1

each good or item has a price a small one for testing 1.00 ect

but when I get to the end of the checkout process it says 0 for the total amount.

what steps have I missed

Hi,

Joomla! forum is the wrong place to ask support questions for a Commercial extension.

I guess Netshine will come back to you as fast they are back in the office. In the meanwhile, Netshine has an own community forum for their customers and maybe you can find someone there that can help you?
