Hi,

is anyone able to monitor a forum in a project? I cannot even mark a forum to be monitored (tested on Feedgator). Is this just me or is there a problem with the forums? Monitoring Trackers is at least selectable.

i have the same problem.
i have seen that you can "Send All Posts To:" when you edit a forum properties.
i will try this option

Is not I came here to ask the same question.

It seems like this option has been removed - I am successfully monitoring a number of project forums but cannot modify these settings or add any new ones.

As a project administrator it makes tracking user feedback completely impractical.

Ran into the same problem. Found a workaround to activate monitoring by using the url:

http://joomlacode.org/gf/?action=Monitor§ion=forum&ref_id=xxx&redirect_to=%2Fgf%2Fmy%2Fmonitors%2F%3Faction%3D¬ify=1

Replace xxx in ref_id=xxx by the forum number you want to monitor.

Is it planned to reintroduce monitoring or is this just a bug? It is really a pain to log in to the forums every time only to see if someone has replied to a posting...
