School Registration

Hello everyone,
I am currently on a project to develop a school that provide pin number to their students so they can be authenticated at the beginning of each semester when registering their courses on line.
An example of what i mean is here on WAEC website https://waecapp.waeconline.org.ng. But sorry, their site is pretty slow
Please, your kind help is needed here. The project is non profit but i will not mind buying a component or module that can do the job.
