CIA notification with J!Forge

I'd like to integrate CIA notification with a project I'm involved with. Has anyone gotten this to work with the Subversion system provided at J!Forge? I'd like to automagicaly notify an IRC channel, mailing list and perhaps a related developer forum of commit messages, bug tracker updates, or other messages.
