So, we want to organize a Joomla Day in Bolivia

Hi Akede !
I have looked in the forum regarding how to organize a JoomlaDay, and I have found many ideas here, thank you. We have a small company that creates web sites with Joomla!, and we would like to spread the word regarding this program here in Bolivia
We have established contact with the “Comunidad de Software Libre de Bolivia”, they are organizing the Free Software Conference at the end of October in which we are going to give a lecture discussing the service we provide with Joomla!.
Nevertheless we want to support this entity in organizing a day geared specifically at discussing Joomla, which would be set for the last week of November or the first week of December.
The question is the following: How can we go about obtaining the participation of a member of the Joomla team? Whether it be via teleconference or their actual presence. The idea is to give a better understanding of the program, which is not sufficiently taken advantage of.
Thanks,
Y un abrazo grande desde Bolivia !!!
Oscarín.
