The added components are:

Our template is by Joomlashack and it's called Aqua Dark.

Nicely done site! I really like how the home page gives all its focus to a video explaining the project.

Are you still using the Ajax header rotator? I didn't see it.....

Well spotted. No, we took it out as we had it on the left column and we decided to move everything out of there to give the main content more impact. Then we found that there was nowhere we could place it that would not take away from the content. Any suggestions?

If it were me, I might consider using the rotator in or near the footer of your page to animate "change your perception.  start a movement. " Likewise, I might animate the "Call for entries" or "who is a kid off the grid". I'm not entirely sure you'd need to add a ton of gratuitous animation, or that the Ajax Header Rotator would be the ideal extenion to use, but those are my suggestions. :0)
