Wrapper can it alternate url's?

Hi,
Iam just wondering if there is a way to automatically alternate the url's in the wrapper function?
or an extension that will do this? I am making a section for members links and I want to know if they can somehow be connected to display a different link to a members site in wrapper each day? any help would be greatly appreciated,
