com_puimporter not added to extensions

I'm writing to inquire why my com_puimporter component hasn't been added to the Joomla! Extensions Directory. Can you please check into the component and see if there is something I need to do to get it added?

The problem is I need to be able to upload the files because there are potentially a great deal of files. The files are not necessary for the component to work. The component works without them. The files are uploaded to be processed by the component.
Basically the component functions exactly the same as the DocMan Importer. Files are uploaded and processed by the component. The directories are already there from the PUArcade install. Basically nothing would need to be created.
