API ref. Wiki read error

Hi,
the DokuWiki component @dev.joomla.org appears to have problems (at least one) reading the /discussion/ subfolder for a page. They are created whenever a ~~DISCUSSION~~ tag is present, which is true for almost all API pages.
Can someone please verify/check the read/write access to the /attic/ folder as well?
Error message has been reported in http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic,226293.0.html
I "fixed" this page temporarily by remove the ~~DISCUSSION~~ tag.
