I can see something changed regarding licenses (Only 3 options now) and commercial/Free seems to look a little bit changed.

The compatibility options are the most puzzling - just Joomla 1.0 seems to have a caption.

Are there new rules that we must be aware of?

Hi thefactory,

We have some updates ready for near future. And it will be communicated when ready.
There seems to be some testing that by mistake made it to the live submission form, and we will make sure to correct that.

When we are ready changes will be communicated in this forum and each and every developer will be notified by mail.
