A little more room for private messages?

It seems the default (non-group, i.e. moderator, developer etc.) has only room for twenty private messages. Considering that most of them are just text and parsed links, I have a little request. Could we increase the limit of how many we can store? I understand the need to keep some sort of ceiling in place as web space isn't free. (You guessed it, there is a "but"!)  :-*

My suggestion would be to bump up the limit on pm's, however keep one in place for attachments. This might be a good compromise as a pm is only a few kb's at most, but can sometimes be helpful for future reference. Perhaps I'm part of the spoiled Gmail generation that doesn't delete anything, however there must be some middle ground on this? Thanks for listening to feedback as always!

I agree with you on this one
20pms is just not enough perhaps double that size  ;)

I'm not going to list the number I was thinking of, lest it be thought of as pigging out! :)
