Problems with help.joomla.org

Can not access help.joomla.org.
Some pages work, and if I clear my sessions and cookies I may access any page once or twice.
session_id changes on every refresh.
Tested in both IE and FF (Mac+PC). Same Problem

Got error 134 from storage engine SQL=SELECT session_id FROM mos_session WHERE session_id = '0bd6477e6035c5cc01fc5f988e7b4cf8'
SQL =
SELECT session_id
FROM mos_session
WHERE session_id = '******'
session_id changes on every refresh.
