I am in no way involved with this site, it's just that it was sort of exciting to see that the newly elected Ecuador Constituent Assembly is using Joomla for their official website.  Elected in late September and getting underway this past month , the Assembly is enacting profound changes for the country of Ecuador.  They began by firing Congress and are now rewriting the country's Constitution.  The President of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, is a huge proponent of open source wherever possible and encourages everyone in Ecuador to follow suit.
