Joomla.org Sitemap

I hope this is the best place to post my answer 
I want my site to appear like joomla.org after when searching through Google (see the image attached).
I mean that i'd like to see that blue categories for my site too.
I tried to read through the sitemap specification but can't find anything speaking about categories, sub categories or stuff like that. I tried with sitemap index linking to different sitemap files but nothing. Of course i've added and verified my sitemap with Google Webmaster Tools.
In Joomla! i tried with Joomap but it doesn't work.
BTW now i'm just curious in the sitemap specification. I want to find out how to write a sitemap with that sort of "categories" (forum, developers, demo, extensions, etc).
I'd really appreciate your suggestions.
