Do you have an alternative download site for 1.5 Stable? joomlacode.org is ignoring me.

Same problem for me (Tested with 3 differents French Providers)
- Free
- Oleane
- Colt

Connecting to downloads.joomlacode.org|70.87.155.98|:80... failed: Connection refused.

One more provider in France...same problem : Noos (UPC).
Is it a DNS problem ?? could someone who is able to download tell the result of a :
nslookup downloads.joomlacode.org ??

Here i have :
Name:  downloads.joomlacode.org
Address: 70.87.155.98

I am having the same problem - and I am trying to access from the US  - getting a can't find server message.

Sorry, missed the announcement. It's back up, now, though.

When trying to download Joomla_1.0.11_to_1.0.13-Stable-Patch_Package.zip from joomlacode.org(Full url below) I get a permission denied error. Any Ideas?
