Friends,
Although some of us have been meeting informally for a year or so before... we started a Google group to begin more strategic formation from October 2007. The big talk on the list is to organize a Joomla Day Cambodia...
A few questions for you..
Open Forum Cambodia http://www.forum.org.kh - a leading IT focused civil society had begun translation to Khmer of version 1.0.x we hope to find ways to move this to v 1.5 and complete the project... any ideas here would be greatly appreciated. How do we ensure ODF is registered correctly as the lead on translation for Cambodia?
We need help on organizing a Joomla Day
Contacts with regional groups that may wish to form relationships with us... Vietnam, Thailand, etc...
Please help us in anyway you can.
