downloads.joomlacode.org is not responding again

I am seeing a lot of traffic to my mirror site - so I checked the JoomlaCode site and sure enough downloads.joomlacode.org is not responding again
The main site is ok, but when you click a download it hangs at trying to connect to downloads.joomlacode.org

Were you able to ping downloads.joomlacode.org? Maybe it was a network issue. I've not seen any other reported errors, and all appears fine at this time.

Anthony and I were also having trouble last night Brad. We were too lazy to report though

The reason I know it was down is that people were googling file names of the downloads and google was directing them to my mirror -
http://mirror.phil-taylor.com (Not self promotion - its a free, no registration req single page, which has had 1000's of downloads from it in only a few weeks !)
I can see the site activity in real time in live person chat admin console.
