Replicating myspace/facebook style registered user pages

Hi there,
I was just curious, is there any software/components out there which have the same style of personalized user profiles (Same as Facebook, Myspace or Break.com)?
Basically i am thinking of making a site, where people register and have access to create their own gallery, upload videos, edit their profile with a number of options and at the same time be secure.
Most of all, something that is ground work for future modifications and upgrades as time goes on.
I am not a very good coder and the worst case scenario is i will spend the next 2 years learning coding in order to be capable of delivering such a site. And outsourcing is totally out of the question as the costs would be mind boggling.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
